Our family-run farm at 900 m above sea level is located in an absolutely safe, quiet and sunny secluded location at the foot of the Steinernen Meer.

Mountain- and ski tours for summiteers, hiking trails through flower-coloured alpine meadows and walks through the green forests can be started right from our house (also with buggies)!

In winter a direct access to the cross-country ski trail is possible!

In only a short time the center of Maria Alm can be reached on foot or by car. In winter, the ski bus stops at the courtyard entrance and takes you to the new Natrunbahn - the connecting lift to the Königstour in the Hochkönig ski area.

For children, our place is a paradise, as they have many opportunities to let off steam outside. Trampoline jumping, table tennis, pedal tractors and bobbycars, playground with swings, slides, sandbox etc. In winter, tobogganing, bobsledding, cross-country skiing, building snowman, ... also not too short.
Especially for groups, large families and a trip with friends our large apartments  with 4 bedrooms are ideal! 
Our 2 smaller apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, can accommodate 4-5 people.
